By default, I craft all of my work in AP style, but I can easily follow a company styleguide, AMA style, or whatever other formats you have in mind. To keep things relevant and relatable to the reader, I often use a mix of second/third person; however, the ultimate judgment call on voice is up to you.

Additionally, I’m also very mindful of keywords and SEO as I write. Rest assured, I also use best practices when it comes to headers, keyword usage, and word counts. I keep my paragraphs short and scannable, and I also utilize anchor text to help boost the content’s appearance in search results.
